Speed Queen Racing Academy is the result of pure passion for motorcycling and helping others. The Academy is focused on providing all motorcyclists with the necessary riding skills and techniques to help improve their day-to-day riding on the road as well as the racetrack. The aim is to assist each student with his/her own individual requirements through providing a wide variety of courses.

About Speed Queen Racing
When thinking of Motorsport and Women In Motorsport, one of the first names to come up is that of Wilmarie Janse Van Rensburg.
For over 14 years Wilmarie has been participating in motorsport at regional, national and international level. She was the first lady to have raced Superbikes in South Africa and is also the only lady currently racing two very challenging categories (cars and motorcycles) in the same season in the country. Wilmarie’s passion for motorcycling started almost 20 years ago while riding on the back of a cruiser with her mother dreaming big and living her dream.
She started the Academy in 2004 and because she enjoys teaching and helping others, she created an open channel to provide all motorcyclists (men & women) with the necessary riding skills and techniques to help improve your day-to-day riding on the road as well as the racetrack.As Managing Director of Speed Queen Racing Academy Wilmarie enjoys specializing in and continuously developing new and improved motorcycle courses for different categories and manufacturers as well as specific private and government projects.
Apart from being the first, and for several years the sole lady to challenge men on superbikes, she has played a key role in opening the door for other women to participate in South Africa as President for 3 years for Women In Motorsport.
